MM Homestay is located at Sungai Dua (opposite Tesco USM). It has 3 air conditioner rooms with Free Wifi and Astro Njoi in the room. MM Homestay offers double room from RM65, triple room from RM75 while quad room ensuite is only from RM90.

MM Homestay provide hotel grade all white comforter, bedsheet, pillow, shampoo, body shower gel, hair dryer as complimentary, water heater, filtered hot & cold water dispenser and fridge.

MM Homestay also provide Free Drop & Go for your laundry. We are the first homestay in Malaysia with such services. We will get your laundry ready in 1 hour (during staff working hour).
